We were in the Templar Room aka Kinsmen and it was very... read more exciting. Lots of clues and pushes to solve in order to make your way from one room to the next. Might be more fun in a group but it was still great fun with just the 2 of us.

Will definitely go back to try the Bletchley Circle one or the new one.

Large staircase to the entrance so not ideal for anyone with impaired mobility

We chose this escape room as we could bring our little dog, and... read more Dan was so welcoming to us all (whilst staying in character!) The puzzles are hard but logical, and it was one of the best we’ve done. The decor and attention to detail was brilliant. The new room sounds like it will be just as good (and slightly creepy,) and we will definitely be back when we are next in Devon. Thank you - we had a brilliant time.

If you’re visiting devon, i would definitely recommend stopping by! They were more than accommodating for us and the puppy although he was a lot naughtier than he usually is! Even though he was being a little monster, Cosmo says thanks as well!

We have been to a few escape rooms and this one was REALLY GOOD. The rooms isn’t about padlocks and keys, but as you would expect with a Bletchley related room- it’s about deciphering codes.
In COVID times- i think it is worth mentioning that there were instructions about wearing masks and sanitising when you book and this was adhered to throughout your visit. The room felt clean and we were impressed with the high level of organisation.
I would recommend a visit... we need to come back and do the Templars room!

  We came as a group of 4 to do the Bletchley room on the 31st July for one of our groups birthday. Dan, our host made a big fuss of... read more it being Lucy's birthday which was great. Dan was in character and costume when we arrived and this really set the escape room apart from one I had done previously. The room was incredibly themed, down to the furniture and sound effects. We didn't manage to make our way out of the room but we had an absolutely incredible time trying to figure out the puzzles. At the end, Dan took the time to explain what we had missed and where we had gone wrong which was a really great touch. He then showed us the entrance room of the Templars escape room which was enough to make us want to come back to do the second room. We came back on the 2nd August to do the Templars room and we were greeted by a different host (didn't catch his name) who was equally as great as Dan. Really loved the touch of having to say the secret password to get a clue. The Templars room was even more incredible that I could've imagined. Everything was so slick and clever, suiting the theming perfectly. Again, we didn't manage to get out of this room either (we are clearly rubbish) but we had an absolutely incredible time and we can't...
